Maybe this peson is ADHD and the physician is treating that with the Adderall. Many times there is an underlying brain disorder with addiction...that's the reason for the use...self-medication. Anyway, it's possible that Adderall could work.I don't know if Adderall is an amphetamine or not. Many medications for ADHD are amphetamine derivatives. I don't think you would want that for a meth addiction. Are you talking about methadone or methamhpetamine? There is a BIG difference!
