There is so much happening that I can't write about it...it would take too long. Please come to the Heroin Ation Coalition of Carroll County (HACCC)meeting on Thursday, 2/17/05, at 7 pm in the County Office Bldg. #3 Public Meeting Room. The address is 225 N. Center street, Westminster, MD 21157. The room is on the side entrance. Please come and find out what is happening and what you can do to help the community, your friends, family and neighbors!
