Im 16 years old I had recently started experimenting with vicodin over 2 months ago when it became readily available in my town. I would consider myself to have a very low tolerance to drugs. I only take 2-4 pills max per day but I feel that I might be addicted and become very irratible and have trouble sleeping when I dont have a supply for the day. Just having a couple of them in my possesion eases my nerves. I only desire the feeling that vicodin gives me primarily when i goto work. Vicodin makes me alert, very happy, very confident, content, euphoric, more social, I feel like it makes me more like the person I want to be. When i take them at work I ask for more hours and am dissapointed when its time to leave, I have no problem staying at work all day long as Im still feeling the effects from the vicodin. Normally after 20 minutes at work i want to leave as soon as i can and look at the time every 5 minutes to see if its time for my break. I absolutely love vicodin. I was wondering if there is any sort of herbal alternative to vicodin I can switch to. I dont know exactly how vicodin effects your brain and makes you feel the way it does, but I really dont want to become and addict and it scares me. I find myself thinking more and more about the drug during the day and it frustrates me that this has to be bad for you. Is there an herbal alternative like mabye 5-htp? or mabye a mixture of herbs that might mimic the effects of hydrocodone?. Please help me I am starting to become dependent on this drug to feel like myself and i find myself spending all my money that i make working to enjoy myself at work. There has to be another way, there has to be.
