I have 3 month old infant granddaughter. His father, my son, is in an in patient drug treatment program. He used pot, acid, ecstacy, cocaine and who knows what else. He is trying to get his self straightened out. The mother has the baby. The mother does the same drugs and maybe more. She has lived in several places since the baby was born. She just recently moved in with her sister, (who does drugs)and her drug dealer boyfriend. I have heard that she leaves the baby by herself. The mother has also been seen going in and out of other dealer houses carrying the baby and not using a car seat. I don't know what to do. Please help.
