I am currently on methadone & will be switching to bup tommorow 1-21-04 ,Also I am under hep c treatment intrafuron & ribovirin Ya I know big deal ....Ill be quick to the point has anyone out there in pc land Made this switch (Q #2) & if so I'd like to know how U made out how long before U were stable( able to work & function ?)
[Q#3] & if done or close to it how are your results,what would you recomend ya know do's & dont's any tips you are willing to share with another suffering adict tring to make it in this world...?
I've been on methadone for 7 yrs off & on off when in jail on when out this time I met a angel sent from I dont know where but She saved me & this I belive I aint a religous person I do belive even more now... So been clean for the last 2 yrs No not completely but for the most part {maybe 3 0r 4 slip up's But she's been right there to see me through it & Yes I am Quite bit nervous about this whole thing the meth has been like a security blanket I could use and not catch a "habit" kinda like the best of both world's If you can look at it that way,The way I look at it is I AM ONLY FOOLING MY SELF for a better choice of words So if you read this and been through it before too Please If ya have the time to punch a couple buttons for so Word's of Advice I will bee very thankful for your time ........
