Subject: Treacy family from Solloghedbeg / Soloheadbeg

 I'm researching the Treacy family from Soloheadbeg, Co. Tipperary. My great-grandfather, Thomas Treacy (his father's name was John) was born about 1835. He had a brother, Denis, who was the father of Sean Treacy who was involved in the Soloheadbeg Ambush. In 1873 Thomas married Mary Carew (now the Carew family goes by the name Carey) who was probably from Soloheadbeg. The married in Solohead Church and had the following children:
John
Edmund
Timothy
Thomas (my grandfather)
Martin
