Hi John

Trained with the 820, was assigned to missle battery near DMZ. Was a dog handler and vet tec.

Dogs name was Bandit, 284F. FYI Our local city made a veterens memorial. Family of vets could buy a engraved brick that reflected rank, branch of service, and dates of service. The local city council approved a brick for Bandit.

I look forward to hearing from you.

I also was stationed at the 820th MP Platoon (Dog) in Korea from 1967- April 1968. It is very difficult finding others who had served there. I have tried to locate the unit on military web sites and it is like it never existed. I was stationed there when the North Koreans "Stole the Pueblo".It would be interesting to find out if others from the unit are out there. Was Sgt. Woodward still there when you were?
