Subject: K-9 Handlers Ubon 70-73

Looking for two guys from 1970-71. Gary Mansfield and John Monroe. Gary was from Ohio, and John from N. Carolina. If anybody else knew them then, or later please let me know. They
were great guys, I enjoyed the time there with them. I loved
Ubon, and always hoped to go back for a visit; never made it, and probably never will now. Memories and photos are all that's left. Any news from you Ubon guys is always appreciated!

hello bob, yup been a long time, almost 40 years.i cameback to andrews afb, for a year then went back to korat thailand 72-73, mike was at nkp and married a thai girl and had a house full of kids, i went there to see him for a few days, never talked to him again, hope he's ok. i came back home and went to work in the mill, worked there for 28 year;s then worked at the hospital here in maintance for 8 years, hurt my back here had to retire. chat more, not good at writing this stuff. my phone number is 704-214-2251. call me and keep in touch, k-9 handler's never die they go to heaven and regroup. later, in thoughts john monroe
