I handled Rommel, 080M. I picked him up in June on 1971 at Bien Tuey (sp) and brought him back to Cam Rahn Bay where I was with him for the next year. I did not meet his previous handler as he had already rotated out to the world.

There were several dogs named Rommel. Do you know where your uncle was sationed? My father handled Rommel A861 in Pleiku from 9/66-6/68.
