Subject: Bomb Dump

I would like to have some copies of the pictures taken the night the VC blew up the Tri-services (bomb dump) area at Cam Rahn in 1971. I know some other dog handlers had pictures of the explosions. I loaned my original pictures to another dog handler after returning to Forbes AFV at Topeka, Ks. and he never returned them. I am sad to say that I do not even remember the other handlers name. Too much time, too much booze. At least the booze has not been a problem since Dec 18th 1984.

Allenbach, I have some photo's of the tri-service after it blown up. My daughter is in the process of getting them ready to sent them to you. Also there is a tape of part of the attack, maybe we can get a copy for you. I was at CRAB 71-72. Was flight cheif on tiger flight security and then NCOIC support section.
