I was stationed at NKP from Feb 74 until base closure. I was a dog handler, K-9 armorer, K-Sat team leader/member and kennel support. SSgt Trenerry was my first supervisor, and NCOIC was MSGT Hilmer. My second supervisor was TSgt Bailey, while I was kennel support. I then made a section move to NCOIC of SPS supply. I lost 18 friends in the helicopter crash. As the last security police on NKP we were transfered to U-Tapao, I spent nine months at U-T. Sincerely Warren Maynard, MSgt, USAF, Retired
