Subject: Stories about my dad, SSGT Paul Hodge

Hi,
Wanted to find anyone knowing my father Paul Hodge in VietNam. He was an AP in Nha Trang 66-67. He alwayed talked about his dog and walking the fence. Sadly he died in 2005 of lung cancer. Wanted to know about agent orange exposure on the guys there. Daddy was assessed and listed as an Agent Orange Vet with prostate cancer. I have done research about this defoliant, but wanted to have some personal stories of him and his exposure. Thanks in advance and thank you for your service in Viet Nam.

I was at Nha Trang as an AP (not k-9) during 65-66. The name Paul Hodges seems to ring a bell. I was good friends with a dog handler while there, but can not remember his name after 40+ years. If you care to forward a photo of him during his time in Vietnam, something might click.

Cheryl, I did not know your father. I was stationed at Cam Ranh about 40 clicks south of Na Trang but I was a dog handler assigned to the 12th k9 section 66-67. Please accept my condolences on the loss of your father and our ranks are weaker by one. A dog handler buddy I served with passed away Dec 08 of lung cancer. He to was exposed to agent orange as was I. Your dad and I did not know each other but we shared many of the same ailments. Again I'm sorry for your loss. Henry Nieto >Hi,
