Pageants are a drug and we are all addicted.

        This is a great starter pageant .You do not have to model to win.This is a face pageant and no need for an exspensive dress as long as its flattering and fits well.We are giving out nice crowns and trophies.We are also having a pageant Dec. 12 in Cullman Al. it will be Christmas wear and winners receive custom Christmas crowns.It will be a all crown pageant.Everyone will receive a crown. I just checked the Gold Market because we have a party, I was FLOORED!!! It is at $1,090.00. I am not believing how high it is getting!!! If you have gold to sell or would like to have a party and earn even more.....CALL ME!!!

I will be a Toy Explosion in Olive Branch, MS and then in Barlett, TN on Saturday afternoon. I have an opening for Saturday morning in the Memphis area (9:00am - 11:00am) in the Memphis area for a party if you would like to get a few friends together. Also, if you live within one hour from Nashville, I have an opening on Sunday afternoon from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

EVERYONE IS NEEDING MONEY FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!! November and December are booking fast. We are having to have parties two a day (except on Sunday). On Sunday we only do afternoon and evening parties.

Here is the schedule for this weekend so far.
Thursday Evening - OPEN (Nashville area)
Friday 4:30pm - 5:30pm - Memphis
Friday 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Olive Branch, MS
Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am - OPEN (Memphis area)
Saturday 2:00pm - 6:00pm - Barlett, TN
Sunday Afternoon or evening - OPEN (Nashville Area)

I will be at several upcoming pageants, however you will definitely want to get in on the $1,090.00 per ounce price while it lasts!!!!

I will be at Nashville Christian School on Tuesday, November 10th from 2:00pm - 6:00pm.
I will be at Freed Hardeman University for their Homecoming on Thursday and Friady, November 12th and 13th. This should be huge so give me a call if you would like to come to sell your gold.

  - They are looking for glitz. That is what they want at State and Nationals. If you are in an area where they are no glitz girls and your daughter competes and wins in a Sundays best or a flower girl type dress, and you plan on going to State or Nationals. PLEASE be prepared, if you are unsure of what is expected at a glitz pageant, please go to one and observe. It is not something you can explain, pictures dont tell the whole story. You have to be able to compete on all levels. Clothing has to be top notch, fit well and compliment your child, h/m must be professional, 'mommy' h/m doesnt cut it at BIG time circuits, even if 'mommy' advertises h/m services, and you have to model. Even the 2 yr olds are modeling these days. ALOT more than when my daughter was 2. Our first National was a near disaster as we were so unprepared. Luckily for us she was very young and still pulled a title. Just remember Cover Miss equals: GLITZ! In every aspect of the word. HTH (NT) -- No name, 11/ 4/09 12:42pm

Christmas In Dixie Schedule & Important Information -- Loree, 11/ 2/09 11:28pm
It is finally here! CID 2009 is this weekend! I hope that all of you have booked your hotel room at the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel. If not, you have until November 4th to get the special room rate of $119. You must tell them you are with the Christmas In Dixie pageant in order to get the special room rate. For reservations call 205-324-5000.

Gifts for Royalty: Everyone must bring one gift for our returning royalty (age 14). The other two grand supremes are unable to attend, so you do not have to bring the other two gifts listed on the entry form. However, my 3-year old daughter Britton and my 8-year old niece Kerby will be filling in for the girls that are unable to attend. You are more than welcome to bring a gift for them (I am sure they would LOVE it), but you are not required to do so.

Outfit of Choice: Yes, you may do the outfit of your choice. THIS SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE!!! The judges will judge each contestant fairly, judging them on the criteria set forth for whichever outfit they decide to wear. Pro-am modeling IS NOT REQUIRED TO WIN A SUPREME TITLE! With Outfit of Choice you may do any of the following: Casualwear, Swimwear, Westernwear, Groovy Wear, 80's Wear, Sleepwear, Halloween Costume, etc. Each contestant will a have 2 minute limit on stage per event.

Gymnastics: NO GYMNASTICS allowed in any event! ONE POINT per judge will be deducted if any gymnastics move is performed. If the feet go over the head it will be considered gymnastics. NO EXCEPTIONS.

4 & Up Registration - 12:15 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

- DONT stress Kids pick up on it! don't rush if you can help it make sure she had a good nights sleep, and a nap at some point if you can squeeze it, let her go at her own pace, some babies are freaked out, some take right to it but most come around regardless, make sure she has eaten and everything (keep her energy up), keep her entertained, when they get bored and want to run and crawl all over and you don't want them to obviously b/c they're dresses up, they can get crabby fast so bring toys, books, etc and help if you can, have someone she loves take her on stage, but have someone she knows and loves in the audience too, (some kids smile way more for someone they know then if they know no one), biggest thing is every time is a learning experience, no kid gets it over night, as long as they did their best thats all they can do and if not, there is always another pageant, especially with the little ones, you'll have on and off days : ) everyone is there at one point or another HAVE FUN (NT) -- No name, 11/ 4/09 8:02pm

Even still, they are very patient with her. Maddy has even done Debbie makeup from time to time. LOL. Madonna and Sandi are both great with Madisyn too. Michael Bacca just did Maddy for a photo shoot and he had her as still as a bird. I was shocked!! All of those I would reccomend. Hi. Does anyone know of a Pageant this weekend, Saturday, Nov. 7th in West Tn? I am looking for one to put my daughter in. The Christmas Princess Pageant in Alamo is cancelled for this Saturday and that is what we were going to do. Now we are looking for another.

This was just emailed to me from TLC regarding SNS Dream Dolls and Teresa Spicer READ!!!!! -- No name, 11/ 3/09 1:58pm
I wrote TLC myself as my child has been on the show and they are the greatest at working with you and your chiold from before to after taping. This is what my producer said to me regarding SNS Dream Dolls:
Hi XXXXXX,

I’m so glad to hear from you and sorry that I haven’t contacted you before now. I usually have time to check in after the pageant, but we have been going non-stop for weeks. However, I’m so happy that you had a good experience!

As far as the SNS pageant – THANK YOU for letting me know. This type of thing drives us nuts and we don’t want to be involved with these type of dishonest/manipulative pageant directors. We had no idea this was going on and we certainly didn’t tell the pageant director to move her pageant. I’m not sure of the exact situation, but this director has been trying to get us to come to a pageant for several months and changed her schedule when she found out when we had our next opening.

My executive producer has gotten involved as well as the producer who had been talking to that director. Teresa Spicer has told us that she will refund everyone’s money within a week. If you (or any of the other moms) do not get your money back within a week, please send an email to my colleague, Dena Salman. Her email address is dsalman@authentictv.com and she can be reached at 323-644-6144 x130. She does what I do and has been the one talking to Teresa.

I’m so sorry this happened and we are very angry that Teresa has been using our show as an excuse to keep your money! That’s awful.

Again, please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have something like this come up in the future. I’ll let you know as soon as we have scheduled your pageant to air.

        I am confused. A friend called TLC and they said they would not be attending her pageant. She has not removed the information. They also told her she would need to refund all deposits. She has not sent back money that I paid for my daughter. I did file a paypal claim and have sent all the information to paypal.
