I posted this earlier and the board owner (who is apparently the same person selling the Santa letters) deleted it so...here you go again.
Here is a link to a free letter from Santa. http://christmasletterfromsanta.net/2009/10/20/free-printable-santa-letter/
It is a PDF but you can easily retype it in Word and use it again and again. I use a free letter from Santa template every year and type it onto a piece of paper with a Santa background. I bought a whole pack of this paper from Staples a couple of years ago.
I always add a paragraph about my daughter specifically - acomplishments, best friend, places she's visited over the year, etc - so that she thinks he is watching all year.
You can then mail the letter in a different envelope to North Pole Alaska and they will postmark it and send it back. They have to have it by December 15 to do it.
I hope that helps and if you decide to delete this again, I have kept a copy and will post and re-post.

Did you hear why she got fired? She was telling her clients who's pageant to not attend because she did not like the director. Was talking about other directors and her clients. She was also downing other coaches. She is not a coach anyway. She is a prelim show you how. The TKO coaches do not want one of their jr. coaches degrading other coaches, systems, directors and their own clients. Good Bye to Bad coaching and trash.

- How did they turn your request down? Can you appeal? Are you sure you did the right things and understood the response? You probably did but DONT give up. Contact TLC, they said anyone having issues regarding TS and refunds get in contact with them and they would make sure it happned, if you need more info on this, please reply to this post with an email addy and I will let you know some other steps you can take. - Contact someone if anything to give you some legal advice. Make sure you have your story right though. Also contact the Kentucky Attorney General and let them know what is going on and what happened, how she falsely advertised, lied and used the show to take peoples money then when the show wasn't coming, disappeared with it taking thousands from people, and that TLC has told her she owes refunds but she disappeared, I would run it by an attorney, it might be worth it in the end, at least they might give you some tips you may not have throught of on your own, whatever the case do not give up and do not feel hopeless, do not feel like you don't have any options because everyone is working together for everyone else, or trying to, you (NT) -- No name, 11/11/09 1:38am

I had a situation with a director who kept money (Not TS) and I filed with paypal, the BBB for the directors state & also filed with an internet fraud company. I was able to receive all the money back from paypal, partial money back working with the BBB and then they also worked out a situation for material goods in lieu of $ that I accepted. The key is do not give up. Most of our children are way too young to fight these battles for themselves, so we need to be their advocates. Are there no womens glitz pageants? I have noticed lately many women competing against the kids do they not have a womens glitz pageant? I just don't see why grown women are competing with the children. Of course they are winning they have well over 20 years of experience aginst these children.

- AGAIN if you're having trouble getting your money from TS, contact the PM in the post below (her URL is posted) or do the following: I’m not sure of the exact situation, but this director has been trying to get us to come to a pageant for several months and changed her schedule when she found out when we had our next opening.My executive producer has gotten involved as well as the producer who had been talking to that director. Teresa Spicer has told us that she will refund everyone’s money within a week. - WOW, where have you been??? This has been out for weeks, TLC was NEVER booked, she took peoples money, when people tried to book the hotel, they said it was never booked, she moved it to the last minute for about 2 months down the road so it wouldn't have been this weekend anyways, she said it was per TLC and they never told her to move it, they said she was never officially chosen and shouldn't have put out false info THEN turn around and say it was because of TLC that she is not giving refunds back. - Did you pay through paypal? If so, did you file a non reciept claim? If you have not, do so as soon as possible. Likewise, if you paid via check or something like that, notify your bank. But as far as paypal of you paid that way you will get issued a refund, they said it takes several business days to process though so it could be you just haven't gotten it yet, she did not have the funds in her account to cover the amount of money she was to return so paypal said it might be a week or two. I would also contact the Kentucky Attorney General and file something there, maybe even a police report for scam or theft or something, those and more have been done and with how many are pushing action, it is starting to break through, if you have not gotten one, give it another week, but then contact paypal, atty general, TLC/Authentic entertainment, Better Business B. of Kentucky and so forth (NT) -- No name, 11/10/09 11:20pm

was wandering what the best self tan product is to use with a nice non orange effect....my dd is 13m old and i really dont want to spray tan her but would like some color all advice accepted...should i worry about tanning..its for agg..thanks in advance

- I think no matter the age, they need SOME color, it just gives that healthy smooth look. At that age, obviously you don't want to spray or it may end up dark here and streaked there. When mine was that small, I would rub on the lotion kind (Loreal, I think), it was already the brown color in the tube, so I could at least see where I was putting it. - Normally, even for glitz, they don't mind the babies being natural, be very careful what product you choose especially being so young, they can have allergies not yet known etc, you will not be judged on "total package" until about 2 is where you start to see it, generally 3 or 4 but it all depends on the child, but you totally do not have to tan that young, and never tan the face, I wouldn't tan though because when they move or wipe on something when it is still tacky, it looks a hot mess and is better if you never did it at all, most that young don't know how or wont sit still long enough for it to really dry and if they're fussin when it's wet, you'll wish you never messed with it, you're ok not doing that at her age (NT) -- No name, 11/10/09 10:21pm

- Question - What pageant systems out there...local and national...actually allow their royalty to REIGN? My dd loves to crown and respresent the titles she wins. - TINY MISS!! Ms Mindy sends cards, emails, and calls all year long. She is putting our girls in the Christmas Parade, and in January we get to go to "Queens Weekend" at a ski resort in VA where the National Director takes all of the State, National, and Mini National Queens to an Indoor Water Park and Snow Tubing and we get to stay in a Big Log Cabin!! Heard about it before and seen pictures but now we actually get to go this year! We were invited to go to Dionne's Pageant but couldnt, and Dionne even gave the Queens who did go a special gift. We got monogrammed Crown Cases, and Monogrammed shirts at State with our titles to wear when we represent. TM really encourages their Queens to represent their title any and everywhere we can, and we are required to return to crown. This is one thing I really love about TM.
