I write on behalf of Barbara and myself to convey our deepest sympathy at the sad loss of your wife Carol. It came as a great shock to us all and I appreciate what a terrible shock that this must have been for you and I am painfully aware that there are no words that I can say that will soften the blow you have suffered.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time, and I hope you will draw on the advice support and friendship available to you from your many friends and please don’t hesitate to contact me to assist if needed. A Silence will be observed at the next reunion in her honour and others who have sadly gone before her since the last reunion.
