 There has been a persistent rumor that the Dickson/Dixon family in Indiana had some association with the Sauk/Sac Indian tribe. Specifically, Thomas Jefferson Dickson may have lived with Native Indians. The time period would have been late 1820's or early 1830's. Any ideas out there about getting more information?
