 My birth mother believes that my birth father is a full blood indian named Larry Wheeler. They met in St. Louis in 1966ish and I arrived Feb 1967! She is not sure what tribe he was from and if anyone has any information on Wheelers at least I could narrow my search to the correct tribal records....Thank you!
