Francis J. Menzies (duty title unknown) was promoted to T/Sgt while assigned to the 491st Bombardment Squadron / 341st Bombardment Group (dates of assignment unknown). The squadron was stationed at Chakulia, India from Jan 1943-Dec 1943; Yankai, China from Jan 1944 - Sep 1945.
