Subject: 1st combat cargo squadron, army air corps

My uncle, Harold W. Clark, was in the 1st combat cargo squadron, army air corps, and was in India. He flew over 25 flights over enemy territory and received the Air Medal. He received injuries when an aircraft crashed. word is, that he saved all the men aboard the aircraft. I am sending for his records to confirm this story. Anyone know any more information? This happened on Feb. 15, 1944.
