Subject: shot down information in CBI

T/Sgt Donald Goodwin was a rice-kicker on C-46's and C-47's, based in India in 1944 and 1945. He was shot down, and two crew members died, but he and one other walked out in two weeks back to India. He received the DFC and Air Medal. He was from Anoka, MN. He died in 2011 in Washington State. Can anyone help me locate a record of his "adventure?" Thanks. I'm a veteran of behind-the-lines-flying in the Vietnam War, 1967.
