On January 22 and 23, there will be a group trek to California's remote aerospace "secret bases" centered in the Antelope Valley areas and areas near China Lake Naval Weapons Testing Center. You're welcome to join us.
The drive-through trek will include Air Force Plant 42 in Palmdale, Edwards North base areas, the Haystack Butte areas (former X-33 programs), Lockheed's remote RCS test-site in Helendale, Southern California Logistic Airport in Adelanto (former Geoge AFB) where portions of the Millenium Challenge 2002 exercises (joint military urban guerrilla warfare training) were held last year, the Trona areas of China Lake Naval Weapons Testing Center and a new, alleged UAV site (SEASITE) allegedly viewable from the Fremont Peak off of Highway 395, north of Kramer Junction.
Hopefully we are also looking towards any sightings of X-45 (UCAV) in test-flights as well as any other unmanned platforms. Of course we would be totally ecstatic if we could ever sight a flight of the Bird of Presy (BOP) demonstrator perhaps by a miracle.
