Subject: PAN Vic. Coordinater. What is required of One?

The position of Coordinater in Victoria is vacant.(has been for a while too.) I'm not putting My hand up to do it,well,not right now. But could someone please tell me what taking on this position entails? This way I can better decide if I want to put My hand Up,or leave it safely in my pocket. Thank You. Lou Ellen.
