Yes, I have come across this problem also, on my easy to read calender it says that the full moon is on the 27 Sept.

I sent an email to David Garland about this quite a few years ago and the reply I received was (we (Pan) can hold the circles either a day before or after the actual full moon? so who really knows when they should be???
