The times given are for UTC which means London time. We are 10 hours ahead of London so according to this site full moon is on the 27th. Happy birthday to me.

PS it will be about 5 in the morning on the 27th so the night before would catch the aspect getting stronger. Also by tradition some witches believed the night after full moon would be almost as powerful. Is it possible David was right?
