Hello CC, and all who are reading,

While I am no longer an official PAN committee member, I can tell you that when I was on the Committee we held the full moons during the three Days of that phase of the moon, Generally when it would be easier for People, e.g. if the Full Moon was a Thursday Friday Saturday, you might find Saturday or the like would get a run as more people can easily attend.

As the full moon are a Public Education ritual (The purpose of the PAN Full moons is not for the Ritual but to educate the general public that at our rituals we don't do anything illegal (which has been the catch cry of anti-pagan / anti-witch Sentiment for a long time)). I believe the committee also understands that some groups or individuals may want to celebrate the actual time in private or with their group instead of going to a public ritual. This way these individuals or groups can come along to the public event to lend support to PAN's mission of education or to Network with Other Pagans.
