This was the reason that blood sacrifice(by men) first got started. Men could not bleed every moonth and thus started killing things to obtain the live energized blood.
i've no doubt anything i say to you will be disregarded as your hatred of powerful women is painfully obvious.
Madam K made it quite clear of her intentions when posting.
Your reference to "girls" having nothing to celebrate is complete shit. It is an time for WOMEN to tune into higher self and perhaps give nourishment back to the earth. Madam K's post gives excellent references for ideas as to how to honour our blood.
I myself after years of feeding my blood to my herbs and plants am now ingesting it myself. that's right.
I DRINK MY MENSTRUAL BLOOD.
I am in no way suggesting others do this, is it my choice. The blood is not 'waste'- it is nourishment. You could look at it as the same as any blood from any meat product.

When you have 3 days of cramps and backaches and then five days of blood gushing from your vagina, then MARK you can lay claim to being an expert on menstration.
