Hi Jo,

What happen with Marks voice as he did not speak up at the ritual and we all know how loud he is when he does his water quarter, was he not happy in playing the role that was given to him, I felt there was no energy raised, just coldness. I had no idea what he had said.
Gabby with her signing, sorry it sounded like she stood on a cat's tail a few times, I feel that you really need to have a song/chant that MOP will walk away at the end of the night and say wow that was so nice and Jo if you don't know all the words don't even attempt to sing along.
You said that it was at short notice because of a medical emergency that is fair enough, "but surely" Pan has been running the Full Moon ceremonies for 10yrs, your members must have some back up plans ready to go at short notice, I had made suggestions once before, a long time ago but still nothing as happen with any of the ideas that I had mention. So if Pan wants these full moon ceremonies to keep going you have to change, be more exciting, out there! everyone gets too serious at the hill.
