Subject: Annalee F. Badger Schoenewey Hessman, class of 36

Annalee F. Schoenewey Hessman 89, of Indianapolis, passed away April 20, 2008. She was born September 13, 1918 in Wabash, IN to Justin and Cora Edith Frushour Badger, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Schoenewey; second husband, Tony Hessman; and daughters, Sue Mabry and Sally Roberts. Annalee graduated from Arsenal Tech High School in 1936, and was a member of the Techoir. She was a grandmother to all. Her favorite pastime was singing, watching her grand children at sporting events, and going to the Indianapolis 500 and Nascar races. Annalee was a member of Centenary Christian Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Brookside Chapter #481, White Shrine Guild, and Amaranth. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 22 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with OES rites at 7:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St., with funeral services Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. Annalee is survived by her daughter, Sharyl Huber; step son, Richard Hessman; step daughters, Dianne Coats and Sherri Dick; 7 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 3 step great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6030 W. 62nd St. Indianapolis, IN 46278
