Subject: Tech Trivia Question

When I was a student at Tech, my English, Business, and History subjects were taught in the Main, (Treadwell Hall). In the past, what was the ATTIC portion of the Main used for?

In 1979, when I worked on campus as an ICT program, electrician trainee, I had a master key that allowed access to most places on campus. I recall the attic as a long forgotten 22ca rifle shooting range for ROTC and a whole lot of junk stored there too.

ANSWER:
"Up in the attic of the Treadwell Hall is the R.O.T.C. indoor rifle range.

In looking at an image from a different yearbook, this photo of the attic in the Main makes it hard for me to imagine a Rifle Range up there. Lots of obstacles to "shoot" around.
