Hey gang, you are sure bringing back some memories for me. I attended school #33, #54, #74, and 101 for middle school. I loved the Rivoli pipe organ and was sad to see the old school 54 replaced. I also remember getting in trouble for climbing on the roof of the Hamilton Theater next to Vera's market (penny cnady). A lot has changed in that area, but the memories still come alive when I drive around Brookside park and remember snow sledding down the hills behind the community center. The old community center in woodruff place kept me out of trouble too. : O )
