A road grader belong to the North Waghi Government is currently in GKA with Court Order preventing the Sale and/or movement of it. The Grader was bought by then MP Dr. F. Pok during his sort term in the office. After his loss in 2002 Election, it was taken by some Asian to SHP for road works there. After work completing there, it was left there to the SHP Landlord who then brought it to GKA for contract works. This turned sour prompting the SHP guy to sale it….. Numerous attempts from North Waghi MP (Mr. Mul) to lodge a deal with the lawyer to sale the grader and split shares were rejected by the lawyer. The Lawyer is the one that issued the Court Order and is a true role model for lawyers around the country in serving their country with honesty and dignity. He deserves all the praise from the people of Jiwaka. Current MP paid 3 visits already to GKA to negotiated a dirty deal with the lawyer but was rejected. Note here that a new Grader cost around K500,000.00 and this one costs between K2 - 300,000.00 THIS IS URGENT AND REQUIRES IMMEDIATE LOOK-UP, A LOT OF POTENTIAL BUYERS ARE ALREADY QUEUING WITH THEIR OFFERS!! Please provide us with some genuine proof or evidence to your allegation. After all, if one chooses to be in public life, they are supposed and should be scrutinized by the public. I for one would like to bring any Jiwakan leader's mis-use of public resources including finance to the public and make everyone accountable. It was located at the Lae Wharf destined for some unknown destinations but fortunately, Michael Mas was informed. He arranged for police to confiscate the grader and brought it back, eventually ended up at Goroka. I do not know if your allegations are personal or political directed at the current member. Or are you trying to promote your lawyer crony of yours. If they are indeed true, then put them out on this forum for all North Whagi people to see. Firstly, my intentions and motivation are NOT political nor personal but that of a concern jiwakan. Like wise for the lawyer mentioned above ... i have no crony ties and probably never will. I don't know(on personal basis) nor support any of the three former/current MPs mentioned. My intention here is to assist anyone with the resource and time to takeup the investigation. We should seek the Ombudsman or similar sort of bodies. Or may as well engage those concerned with fight against corruption and put this deal to the light.
