That is excellent. We can't get anywhere, do anything or achieve anything without proper planning and goal setting. That is analysing the needs of the people and responding to the urgent and immediate ones. Okay, before I say a few points I praise Mas Kal for making known to the public in writing what his policies and plans are for N Whagi and the W Valley. You done well!!! Here are the few points to ponder on..... I as I have said.... nothing works out well by itself. More minds are better than one! So before making any plans, can the MP get a collective of people all across N Whagi with the right mind (some students as well) so that planning can be carried out and see what needs doing first. Once these plans are about to get into actions, the local people who will benefit must co-orperate with what development is being brought in.... that could mean that even helping out physically if they can. And we have a commettee or group of people who make sure this is really carried out and being implemented..... Then we can have people from around the area where the development such as infrastructure (bridges, hospitals, roads ) to have the responsibility of safe keeping of that piece of work. That will help to have the particular infrastructure to serve us for many years... So, what am saying is we need a structured group of people running the district with the MP's being the voice and the front man to see all necceseties are being provided to the people, while the people look after what is being provided so they can get the most out of what is being provided. In that way, there will be alot of saving and a faster pace in development will occur. Thanks for listening... Ya' all ..... Ka wei....
