Subject: Anyone not doing any dieting?

Hello, okay I have with Curves for a while, I was doing really good, then I had a famly member with a terminal disease and I had to help take care of him so I missed going to Curves for like 3 months. I am starting back, but what I was wondering was if anyone is doing Curves, losing weight and inches without dieting. I have tried doing the Low-Carb diet discribed in the Curves book, but counting those carbs and limited foods you can have just annoyed me. I am 20, a full time student at FAU, and when I was on that diet I just seemed to not be able to concentrate. I don't drink sodas, I mainly drink iced tea w/ lemon, sugar free lemonade and rasberry tea, and ofcourse water w/ lemon. and I mainly eat like chicken and turkey, not too big of a meat eater, and with that low carb diet you have to eat unlimited amounts of protein. I don't like eggs, seafood, and not much beef, hate pork. So see I was very limited as to what I could have. Okay I am rambling, lol.

I just need some help. I really want to lose this weight, and I am completely commited to doing it, but I just am too busy to count calories or carbs. But I get my 30 minutes in imbetween studying. So any help ya'll can give me would be greatly appreciated. I have been lurking for a while, and this seems like a excellent support group!
