Hi Crystal! I am losing weight without dieting, and I think if you stick with it it can work for you too (though not as 'quickly' as if you were dieting). The more toned your muscles get, the more fat they burn. When your muscles are in good shape, they start burning fat within the first 3 stations at your workout!
Just an example- in my first month I lost 8.75 inches (4 of them from my waist!!!), 5 pounds and 3.3% body fat. So, it CAN work!!!
