Need some encouragement

I joined Curves first of March. I love curves. I've been reading all the testimonies on here and sounds great. I go 3 times a week and have been watching what I'm eating. I'm getting discouraged because my weight seems to be going up---I can really tell with my pants and shorts. Seems like all my weight has shifted to by belly and now I'm going to have to get some bigger size shorts----Help! I should be getting weighed and measured this week.
