I know how you feel - sometime this summer I'll probably be changing my work hours to a similar shift. I plan to get up early and go workout in the morning. Hopefully the workouts will be just as good then as they are now when I go after work in the afternoon.

Don't get discouraged just watch the extra junk food and do your best. Good Luck!
