Subject: 3rd month weigh-in

Good Afternoon Ladies,

Well on last Thursday I had my 3rd weigh and measure day and I did pretty well. I lost 5 1/2lbs, 11 1/2in. and 2.5% body fat. My total loses since Jan 22, 2004 are 20lbs and 22 1/2 inches. I can't believe how well I have done. I am absolutley thrilled and so thankful to God. I just want to say to all who think that it is impossible to lose weight I am here to tell you it is not. If I can do it any one can do it. I know that as long as I believe in my heart and keep God in my heart and mind I can do anything.
