Hi Ladies,

I am new to Curves, joined last Tuesday. I want to thank you all for the sharing that goes on here, so much information and so many inspiring stories. I know that reading all of the stories of accomplishment here will help me in staying motivated and accomplishing my goals.
I stumbled on to this site when I was doing research on Curves before joining. I had my training/first appointment last Tuesday and signed up that day. The workout is so much fun and the atmosphere makes it just so comfortable. I actually look forward to going and sweating my butt off!
One thing that I noticed in the last week, maybe it is just coincidence, but I have been getting great sleep. I have been sleeping sound through the night (which is out of the ordinary for me) and when the alarm goes off in the morning, I am awake....no snooze button!!!!!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. Much more success to everyone!!
