Subject: Curves Farmington Missouri

I went to Curves today. I just joined on saturday. I weighed in at 206 ( down from 221 5 weeks ago)I get to check my losses on the 26th of next month. I have been reading the board for a few days now and really look foward to getting to know all of you ladies. I am just amazed that I can finally say my weight without crying. I know that here its ok.
I felt like no one really understood how devestating it can be to fight this battle we are faced with, already it feels more manageable.I am doing Curves and Atkins now.
