Brenda,
I am a full time college student, Mom and buisness owner (with my husband) my difficult days are tues and thurs. when I am in school. I take a Atkins shake with me to hold my appetite until I get home. At home I keep canned chicken, tuna, and cold cuts handy ( I roll them around a cheese stick) because otherwise I feel so hungery sometimes I am tempted to grab anything ( espically when I forget my shake)I really like the shakes and they do fill me up enough that I am not so tempted to cheat. Is switching back to your regular shift an option? If not go to Curves on your two days off and once before work ( I know I get sweaty, does your curves have a shower?). Or take a late night walk after work. ( If your area is safe)
