Kelly-
I am also new to Curves and to the message board. I look foward to coming home and reading the new posts and this weight loss battle had already been relieved somewhat. I felt so alone with my skinny friends and my husband that tries to say the right things and just dosent. I mean he tries and I have to keep that in mind but he had never been through it.( his advice was to eat once a day)
I have been on atkins for 5 weeks and have lost 15 lbs. I was tempted to cut my carbs lower to speed my weight loss but now I feel the support and I know it is going to be a slow process, and I accept that. I really want somthing that works and that I can maintain. I enjoy my workout at Curves and it is much harder than it looks. I feel so energized afterwards that I have almost stopped napping during the day.
