Hi I am glad to see someone else new to this Challenge! Congrats on losing 5.5 lbs. that's a great start! I got weighed Tuesday and am down 5 lbs. I was very pleased with this! I also found it hard the first few days but now I'm on week 2 and am doing very well!!

Today I am cooking Frittata for dinner and had 3 sausages and a salad for lunch and I am really full! I know what you mean about the cooking and preparing that keeps you busy! I minded the preparation before but now that part keeps me occupied and I don't only think about eating all the time!!

Good Luck to you on Week 2!! Let me know your results and I'll do the same!
