Week 2 weigh in went well, lost 2 lbs this week for a total of 7.5 on Phase I. I must say I was kind of disappointed at that it wasn't as much as last week. I just need to remember that its going to take time!! I felt really good this week with the diet though, have gotten really comfortable with the 20 carb limit.
Did you stay on Phase I for one week or two? I did it for two, today is my first day of Phase II. It seems to be going ok, will take a few days to get used to the more food and balancing those extra carbs. I thought I was eating all the time before! After seeing the loss in the first two weeks, eating more food kind of scares me!
