Changes the first month..

Just had my first month weigh and measure last week. I have lost 10lbs, 8.5 inches and 2% body fat. I am very pleased with these results and I feel great. I am so happy with Curves. I can't believe how much I enjoy it and how good it has been for me this last month to have somewhere like this to go. I look forward to going during the day at work, it is so comfortable and a great place to chat with great people.
