Subject: Joining

Hello all!
I am getting a membership to Curves for my birthday and I have a few questions.
Because of time restrictions I can either go at 7am or at 6 pm. Which is better? I was thinking the morning.
Also, not to get to personal here but.... I'm a bit top heavy and really don't want to lose too much if any from up top, what have you all lost there or is there a way to avoid losing it?
