Just had my 2mo w/m, this is also my 7th week on the diet....on my own now, last meeting for the challenge was last week 8O(. Anyway, good things to report. I lost 10.5lbs and 11.5" this month! Since joining 4/26/04 I have lost 20.5 lbs, 20" and 3.5% body fat..WOOHOOO!!!
