Thanks Coli, I stand corrected! I am ecstatic about the pound of body fat loss. I really appreciate the info. I was a little confused about the body fat machine. The machine at our Curves seems to display the two numbers side by side. Next time I will make sure I underdstand those numbers because they are IMPORTANT!
