Subject: weekends

I always look forward to the weekends as I'm sure everyone does. But I have a hard time staying on track in terms of eating. People always want to go out to dinner. I know I should eat half of my meal but it's so hard for me. When the food is there it is hard to stop, especially when it tastes so good!! Anyways, I feel like I overeat and eat unhealthy during the weekend and I don't know who to keep on track when Saturday and Sunday comes. Does anybody have any advice?
