Weekends can be hard, I find I have trouble drinking all my water (5 bottles a day!)if I'm out and about on a Saturday or Sunday. If I go out to eat, I try not to look at certain parts of the menu (like the desserts area!). I've found that lots of restaurants offer some really great salads with chicken or turkey, or a Cobb salad always fills me up.So I'll order a big salad as my entree but share whatever appetizer my friends are eating.

I always look forward to the weekends as I'm sure
