I found some of the books on Ebay as well. I did ask at our Curves and they gave me a form to put three names and addresses on and said I could get a book by submitting the names/addresses. They did not ask for phone numbers and said they would just send a card out to the people on the list. I hope to get the Curves Member book today. Personally, I think the book should be given to each new member.
